Shift your focus to what you CAN do

IF YOU WERE TO FOCUS ON THE POSITIVE....

WHERE WOULD YOU BE TODAY?

Negative thoughts really will only derail you. Spend more time making a list of what you CAN do instead of recapping what you can't do YET!

Maybe you can dig into this idea by asking some of these questions. Add your own, and let me know what you learn about YOU!

  • What can you do today that you could not do yesterday?
  • What is easy for you now that seemed impossible or difficult before?
  • What used to make you nervous, but now you do confidently?
  • What do you find is natural for you that other people struggle with?

 

I challenge you today to make your I CAN DO list -- call it an exercise in patting yourself on the back!! How long is your list?
