It is always the simple things…

It’s the simple things that make the biggest difference. ⭐️I just did my whole workout with this silly 10 pound ball. (We are not friends anymore 😜) You can do so much with a ball or a weight — squats, lunges, balance work, shoulders, push-ups of all kinds — the list goes on and on. You don’t need a lot of equipment — or a gym — or a special room. Enough space to step back, and to the side is plenty! And have some fun with your workout, will you? It’s a privilege to move not a chore
